KRZ Kitchen is my new culinary venture to experiment with new ideas, collaborate with great people, and do what I love most: getting dirty in the kitchen and creating.

I love food.

I love talking about it.

I love thinking about it.

I love how food brings people together.

I’ve worked in some of the best kitchens – from fine dining to artisanal donuts, from Miami to San Diego. KRZ Kitchen is an opportunity for me to combine my professional experiences with new projects and ideas. Plus, I’ll still be doing catering and chef collaborations.
